What should I include in my support request?
- Your account email
- Description of the issue
- Steps you've already taken
- Screenshots or video if applicable
- Browser and device info
The more context you include, the faster we can resolve it. Example: "Hi, I'm having trouble connecting Instagram. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting but my posts still aren't appearing. I'm using Chrome on a Mac. Screenshots attached."
What if I have a billing question?
Email support@yourhomepage.ai with "BILLING" in the subject line. Include your account email, transaction details, a description of the issue, and screenshots if applicable.
Will I receive email notifications when a buyer enters their email?
You won't receive an email alert for Warm Leads, but you will for Hot Leads.
- Warm Leads — buyers who enter their email and browse are captured in your Leads & Insights dashboard. No email alert is sent at this stage. Your Home Page actively nurtures these buyers on your behalf until they show stronger intent. You can reach out to them at any time from your dashboard.
- Hot Leads — buyers who request a tour, contact you directly, or provide a phone number will appear in your dashboard and trigger an email alert.
