Something not working the way you expect with your Calendar? Here are the most common issues and how to fix them.

Leads can't see any available times

Possible causes: booking is turned off, your weekly hours aren't set, or blackout dates and your booking window are canceling each other out.

Fix it:

    1. Go to Calendar > Availability and confirm Allow leads to schedule meetings is On. If it's off, your booking link stops taking new appointments entirely.
    2. Check Weekly hours. If every day is toggled off, or your hours are very narrow, leads have nowhere to land.
    3. Check Blackout date. If you've blocked out most of your near-term dates, and How far out leads can book is set low, there may be nothing left to book.
    4. Make sure you clicked Save availability after making changes. If you see the "Unsaved changes" note next to the button, your edits haven't gone live yet.

Not sure where the problem is? Start simple: turn the master toggle on, set Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, clear any blackout dates, and confirm it works. Then add complexity back in.

I made changes but leads still see the old settings

Your changes only go live once you click Save availability. If the page still shows an Unsaved changes note, your edits haven't taken effect yet. Click Save and give it a moment to update.

Times don't match when I'm actually free

If leads can book over meetings you already have, check Connected calendar at the bottom of the Availability tab.

    1. Confirm it's reading from the correct email address.
    2. If it looks disconnected or out of date, click Reconnect.
    3. If you've recently changed calendar accounts, Disconnect the old one and reconnect the right account.

Leads are booking in the wrong time zone

Check the Time Zone setting on the Availability tab. Whatever zone you set is the zone leads see on your booking link (for example, "EDT"). If this doesn't match where you actually are, update it and click Save availability.

Zoom or in-person isn't an option

Right now, Meeting will take place only supports Google Meet and Phone. Zoom is marked Soon, and in-person locations aren't available yet. Both are coming in a later release, so there's nothing to fix on your end.

A meeting isn't showing up on my Meetings tab

    1. Make sure you're not filtering it out. Clear the search bar and any active filters.
    2. Check that you're looking at the right date. Meetings are grouped by day.
    3. If a lead says they booked but you don't see it, ask them to confirm the exact date and time they picked, and double-check your connected calendar is synced (see above).
    4. If it still doesn't show up after that, contact support.
